Phoenix Senior Living has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures fifteen drivers of criteria that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
This prestigious honor positions Phoenix Senior Living among the top percentile of the over 4300 nominations, and only the top 150 Metro-Atlanta companies were honored in a reception held at the Georgia Aquarium on February 26, 2020. Phoenix Senior Living was ranked 16th of the twenty-two workplaces honored in the large companies market, an honor that CEO Jesse Marinko speaks proudly stating that, “When I founded PSL in 2014, I wanted to create a company people were proud to represent in a profession they were called to serve, and receiving this recognition from the AJC validates our team efforts in implementing our core values and mission.”
The Top Atlanta Workplace honor is a long-standing tradition in the metro marketplace. “For more than a decade, the Top Workplaces award has helped organizations stand out among their competitors to attract talent,” said Eric Rubino, CEO of Energage. “This differentiation is more important than ever in today’s tight labor market. Establishing a continuous conversation with employees so you have a deep understanding of your unique culture is proven to help achieve higher referral rates, lower employee turnover, and double the employee engagement levels. No longer is recognition simply a much-deserved cause for celebration, but it’s fast becoming mission-critical to establish a competitive advantage for recruitment and retention.”
