PHOENIX SENIOR LIVING NAMES EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Phoenix Senior Living, Roswell, Georgia, is pleased to announce Seth W. Pesek as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Seth brings an experienced and versatile background to Phoenix Senior Living. He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he worked for 13 years, focusing on tax compliance, tax structuring, and consulting for Private Equity & Hedge Fund clients. Seth established himself in a fast-paced, results-oriented, positively competitive environment where he had the opportunity to lead large diverse teams spread across multiple continents to deliver timely and accurate results for customers, laying a solid foundation for his career. He left PwC in 2017 as a seasoned Tax Director in the New York City Asset Management practice to help a Real Estate Entrepreneur start a vertically integrated development, construction, student, and senior housing property management and asset management company. He was responsible for six key areas: Accounting & Financial Management; Strategic & Tactical Planning; Transactions; Human Capital; Leadership & Culture Development; and Information Technology.

Seth received his Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in Accounting and Information Systems. He currently serves as a board member and audit committee member of Rose Hall Developments Limited and as the Scholarship Chair for the Virginia Tech Alumni Association’s Charlotte Chapter.

Seth lives in the Greater Atlanta area with his wife, Rachel, and their two children, Siena and Winston. Away from the office he enjoys traveling, photography, and discovering new wine regions as well as cheering on the Virginia Tech Hokies and Pittsburgh’s beloved pro sports teams.
