Phoenix Senior Living, a privately-held senior living operator with communities throughout the Southeast, announces a second joint venture with White Oak Healthcare REIT (White Oak REIT), operated by White Oak Healthcare Finance, LLC, an affiliate of White Oak Global Advisors, LLC. Capital One acted as the lending partner. This joint venture will add two senior living communities into Phoenix’s growing portfolio effective November 1, 2019.
The communities plan for a total of 115 assisted living and memory care units located in North Metro Atlanta that will continue to provide unparalleled amenities with innovative and personalized care to seniors and their families. The Communities, located in Canton and Jasper, Georgia, will include Windsor House, which will now operate as “The Retreat at Canton” and Windsor Lodge which will henceforth operate as “The Retreat at Jasper.”
