I have already recommended several friends and family members to come to the community.

I very much enjoy residing at Lakeview Estates because it is a smaller community. This facilitates interaction among residents and with the staff. The staff is very good at keeping the place clean and well-maintained.

We researched a lot of communities and some were like maybe but I'm so thankful that I held out and waited to find the perfect place. I would recommend Lakeview Estates

I always recommend Lakeview Estates and I like that the memory care has it separate building and specialized care.

They have good staff members and the price is good. Overall they are clean, but I wish they had more exercise activities and spent more time with the residents.

I have recommended it to Mom's best friend. There is a whole lot more attention to the residents. Mom was living in assisted living and there was no attention paid to them. This is the only community where they can go outside by themselves; she does not need a worker or family member. The CNAs are so attentive to details and there is no neglect.

My number one thing is how the staff treats the patients. Next, the activities; they keep them active and that keeps their spirits high. That's very important to me.

It's been a pretty good location that's nice. For the most part, my grandmother's room is pretty clean. They do a decent job, and it's not hard for me to contact someone.

Lakeview Estates has been wonderful; my mom is happy and healthy, which is a tremendous relief.

In the four months that we have been at Lakeview Estates have been very attentive with my fathers needs and with communication with me.

The place is clean and the staff is friendly, so you don't have to stress about your loved one's care. Although a few things have gone missing here and there, I'm not sure who that would be upon. Also, it's maybe not quite as spick-and-span as when we first moved them in. But overall, the cleanliness and friendly vibes make it a decent spot.

Lakeview Estates is small and personalized. The residents are well taken care of and they ensure that each patient is well taken care of. Each resident is handled with patience. The staff is very capable of dealing with patients with memory loss.

The facility is five but the billing is not good. Trans America closed the claim for mom's care because they never received their reassessment from Lakeview. They asked for it multiple times and we told the EOD Eric but he did nothing about it. He refuses to take responsibility for it happening. We tried addressing the issue with him numerous times.

It is the one that felt most home. We toured four different facility.

A plus rating. It is a comfortable and friendly environment. It is homey and people seem to be happy. The nurses are very caring and friendly. It takes a special person to do that job.

No complaints whatsoever every. It is hard to please my mother and she likes it there, so that's a lot if she likes it a lot. She is tough to handle but she loves it there.

My mom is a very outdoors kind of person and the place has two floors with an elevator, so the residents are free to come and go whenever they want. There's a game room and a nice patio area in the center of the complex. My mom has a sense of freedom there.

I'd say that memory care is a big decision to make in your life, but nothing helps more then the reassurance that Lakeview is taking such good care of your loved ones. it's given my parents a better quality of life.

The most important thing to me is that she gets good care. Her caregivers are really good to her. Mom has not had a good amount of turnover with her caregivers, and that is so important for Dementia patients.

It's a good place that is going to keep you busy. They are very patient with dad. They stay on top of his medications. Try your best to make sure you can get in there as much as you can.

If someone is looking for comfort, cleanliness, and all around kindness, I'd recommend them quickly and be happy to do so. The staff is excellent. The aids and nurses are above excellent. It's been a pleasant experience for us both.

It's a very nice and clean facility. The people are very friendly and helpful. If you need something, they will respond to you and make sure it's taken care of. The nurse-to-patient ratio is pretty low. I can feel safe that he's being taken care of, and he's safe, and I don't have to worry about him hurting himself. They take good care of him. I've looked at a lot of facilities, and this one is by far the nicest and cleanest one. It sits on a pond or a lake.

They work hard to make it homely and friendly. I would recommend it and already have it to some of my friends. When you look at the price they are charging and the quality of care they provide, it's very good.

In spite of our issues, which have all just been clerical, as far as the care of my mama it's been great. Just be sure when you do certain things to keep a copy. They were in transition when we put Mom in, and I think stuff got lost in the shuffle. Which is frustrating, but we are on track now and things are better.

One thing I really like about them is that they only do Memory Care, so everyone that interacts with my Dad has had training with Memory Care residents. I've been in other communities that are mixed so I like that the care is more specific in nature, and they are all trained on helping with his dementia. I like that there's a handful of men here, too. I've looked at other communities where there are no men, so I'm happy he's at Lakeview Estates. The physical location is close to my home so that's nice as well.

It is a good size. It is small, and everyone knows everyone. The size is the best thing.

It's unexpectedly warm and cheery. The highest level of care is given by everyone that I've met. It's made my sister comfortable in less than a month.

I like that they have the private rooms. I like that they do keep some of the more severe patients upstairs for parts of the day, especially when they are having trouble. My mother was up there, so I understand that. It is clean, and they keep them busy. It is a pleasant place to be, and it has lots of daylight. My mom has been there a year without any issues. Unfortunately, Covid changed everything at this place. Between the staff and patients (including my mother) getting Covid and a lot of staffing changes immediately afterwards, my mom got progressively worse and was discharged as she just required more care than they were designed to handle.

It's only been three weeks but I couldn't be more delighted with the caring concern of the staff and even the welcoming nature of the residents! All the self doubt and guilt over moving my husband here has vanished... he's adjusting well... still a way's to go, but I feel like he's in the right place!
